Bill and Natalie

Tonight we take you to meet Natalie and Bill, who celebrated their engagement with this stunning series of images captured by Shelby Laine Photography.

Bill Natalie met seven years ago while they were both out with separate friends, Natalie first noticed bill when he walked into the bar where she was, being a quite and timid person when it comes to meeting new people she says thankfully she mention to her friend that she thought the guy that had just entered the bar looked pretty cute. Her friend did not hesitate and walked over to Bill to convince him to come and meet Natalie, were they talked briefly and exchanged numbers. Bill contacted her the next day to spend more time together and the rest as they say is history!

Natalie tells us that when it came time to propose Bill suggested that they take a carriage ride to see the lights, you see every year in Manhattan the city creates a beautiful light display in the Blue Earth Plaza. The couple enjoyed a cozy carriage ride down Poyntz Avenue and were walking hand in hand enjoying the light displays when Bill paused and got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Replying with an excited "ABSOLUTELY!" they then celebrated at one of their favourite restaurants.

Natalies stunning ring is a classic 1 carat brilliant diamond solitaire and tells us that she always knew she wanted something classic and timeless, Bill had taken her ring shopping so they could pick out something they both loved together and as you can imagine she is in love with her ring!

The couple tell us they have been dreaming of their wedding day for sometime and already have a vision for there special day in mind. They are planning on saying "I Do" at the picturesque Blue Vista Inspiring Lakefront Venue and Retreat on Tuttle Creek Lake. The ceremony will be outside in the Rose Quarry Meadow that features stunning native flint rock and a beautiful view of the lake, they then plan on moving to the Cedar Pavillion for dinner, drinks and dancing. "Forever and Always" is the couple chosen theme and will feature a colour palette of champagne, blush pink, gray and lots of fresh greenery, roses and pampas grass. We wish them well in their upcoming wedding and cannot wait to see the images!
