Urban Dreams at Grace Hill

Today we are transported to The Barn at Grace Hill where Shelby of Hound & Honey Photo, assisted by, Be Images, with videography by Compton Creative, captured this stunning styled editorial session. The team were inspired by the shift in the wedding industry in Kansas, that has seen couple gravitating towards the modern urban, rustic and industrial vibes as their key styling choices.

Supply Event Rentals & Planning together with the teams floral designer, 626 Flower House and design and decor expert, East + West Designs set about bringing Shelby of Hound & Honey Photo's concept to life, with a flirty, modern and slightly rustic take on the urban industrial vibe. Pulling in a rich moody colour palette of burgundies, peaches and blacks to create the perfect compliment to the clean modern lines of The Barn at Grace Hill

The team's beautiful bride, Kristina looked stunning in a gown from the Dress Gallery with hair styling by Love Is In The Hair KS and a radiant bridal glow created by, Makeup By Lanae Crum. Her edgy and contemporary look was finished with jewelry from, Powell Jewelry, a stunning leather jacket and a pair of the most gorgeous floral boots you have ever seen! Not to be out done Cody the team's groom was casually styled in a charcoal grey suit with an open necked white shirt and happily shared the brides trendy love heart shaped shades!

We have been completely smitten with this outstanding shoot, but particularly loved the attention to detail the team highlighted in the smaller design details within this shoot. From the stunning modern vintage ring by Powell Jewelry, to the brides contemporary leather jacket with flirty love heart sunglasses. To the delicate calligraphy details created by Plan My Wedding Please. One of our favourite details was the luscious looking cake by Stand Tall Bake Shop that was completed with a stunning colour matched drip edge.
