Inspired by the captivating allure of Moroccan style and culture this talented team led by Best Day Ever Events, created this incredible styled editorial session that was captured in incredible detail by Raisa Zwart Photography and The Best of Times Films.
Speaking to Nailia of Best Day Ever Events, she tells us that the team wanted to explore the mystery and allure of the quintessential Moroccan vibe, from the food right through to the iconic rich colour palette that is associated with this style. Nailia says "Eastern influences are everywhere; in our homes, our food and our fashion, we wanted to take the love of this style and showcase at the next level, a wedding day celebration. Working together with floral designer, Meesterlijk Groen, Nailia set about incorporating a simplistic style that captured the surrounding beauty and essence of this bohemian concept in utter perfection.
The team chose the Museumpark Orientalis to host their concept shoot. This spectacular property is laid out across a vast expanse of thirty hectares and is a known as a key national monument and tourist destination where culture, religion and nature come together in a truly spectacular way. The property not only offers insight and education on Middle Eastern Culture but runs mosaic workshops and cooking classes as well as being one of the my idyllic backdrops we have ever seen!
The team's bride was a picture of perfection in two stunning gowns from Unielle Couture, with flawless naturally toned makeup and hair created by Visazine Styling. The bridal look was completed with a delicate and unique bridal bouquet in soft autumnal tones by floral designer, Meesterlijk Groen, delicate layers of white henna by Nayali Henna and stunning one of kind pieces of statement jewellery.
Stationery for the shoot was created by The Sparkle Company and featured bold modern black and white patterns with rich copper lettering.
